Past and present clients are invited to join us for a series of simple walks together in nature. The first walk will take place on August 16 at 2pm at the Frog Pond Trail Loop. No need to pre-register – to join, just meet us in the parking lot. The walks will proceed rain or shine and will take about an hour and a half. Please bring sneakers or comfortable shoes for areas of uneven terrain. There will be a short silent meditation afterwards for those interested. Here is some information about meditation.
